Terms of Use
Effective 12 July 2026
These terms govern your access to and use of Marrow, including our websites, Console, APIs, command-line tools, local integrations, documentation, and related services (together, the Service).
Who we are
The Service is provided by MARROW TECHNOLOGIES LTD, a private limited company registered in England and Wales under company number 17288650.
You can contact us at [email protected].
Using Marrow
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into these terms. You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your passwords, session details, API keys, and other credentials secure. Tell us promptly if you believe your account or credentials have been compromised.
You may use the Service only in accordance with these terms and applicable law. If you use Marrow on behalf of an organisation, you confirm that you have authority to bind that organisation, and “you” includes that organisation.
What the Service does
Marrow helps you connect, organise, and retrieve context for use across compatible apps, agents, and local workflows. Features may use automated systems to process material you provide and to produce context, summaries, citations, or other outputs.
You decide what material to connect and how to use the resulting output. You are responsible for checking output before relying on it. Do not use Marrow as the sole basis for legal, financial, medical, employment, safety, or other regulated or high-impact decisions.
Your content
You retain ownership of the material you submit, upload, connect, or create through the Service (Your Content). You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive licence to host, copy, process, transmit, and display Your Content only as needed to provide, secure, maintain, and improve the Service, comply with law, and enforce these terms. This licence ends when Your Content is deleted from our active systems, except to the extent a copy remains under the retention and deletion limits described in our Privacy Notice.
You confirm that you have the rights and permissions needed to provide Your Content and instruct us to process it. Do not submit material that is unlawful, infringes another person’s rights, or that you are not authorised to use.
Acceptable use
You must not:
- use the Service to break the law or violate another person’s rights;
- access another person’s account, data, or credentials without permission;
- probe, disrupt, overload, or bypass security or access controls;
- introduce malware or harmful code;
- scrape or reverse engineer the Service except where applicable law does not allow that restriction;
- use the Service to build or distribute unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or harmful content; or
- remove ownership notices or misrepresent Marrow output as independently verified fact.
We may investigate suspected misuse and restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect users, the Service, or others.
Third-party services
Marrow can connect with third-party products and public sources at your direction. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices, and we are not responsible for their availability, content, or conduct. Your use of a third-party service remains subject to your agreement with that provider.
Our intellectual property
We and our licensors own the Service, including its software, design, branding, documentation, and underlying technology. These terms give you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service; they do not transfer ownership of the Service or our intellectual property.
If you give us feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or payment, provided we do not identify you publicly as its source without permission.
Availability and changes
We aim to provide a reliable Service, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free access. We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Service where reasonably necessary for product, security, legal, or operational reasons. We will take reasonable steps to communicate a material change where the circumstances allow.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using Marrow at any time. You may request account deletion by contacting us.
We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these terms, create risk or harm, or if we are required to do so by law. Where appropriate, we will give notice and an opportunity to address the issue.
Provisions that by their nature should continue after termination remain in effect, including provisions on ownership, liability, disputes, and accrued rights.
Warranties and liability
The Service is provided with reasonable care and skill. Automated output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for your intended use, and it does not replace qualified professional advice.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, business, opportunity, goodwill, or data arising from your use of the Service. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited, including any mandatory rights you may have as a consumer.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, except that if applicable law gives you the right to bring a claim in another court, that right is preserved.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms to reflect changes to the Service, law, or our operations. We will post the effective date with the terms and take reasonable steps to notify account holders of a material change. Continuing to use the Service after an update takes effect means the updated terms apply to that use.
